Hi! I'm Dat
Looking back on my 15 years in corporate and as an entrepreneur, I realized that stress and anxiety led to me choosing my work over my personal relationships far to often and that life never prepares you to succeed. I burned out too many times from what was happening in my life, the world, and the pandemic, causing me to pay hidden costs for the stress and tension I carried home everyday.
I've been where you are. I know the struggles you face dealing with an overwhelming amount of stress having to prioritize between your career and life outside of work. I have learned from these mistakes so that you don't have to.
Today, my mission is to help leaders like you unlock your potential by moving from being stressed to living an extraordinary life.
